Voice not complete

Edit Subject

When getting directions, the first part of the direction does not come through. For instance, The direction "Exit 70 A" becomes just 70 A or just A.
By not getting the complete instruction I have missed my turn or exit on recent trips. This just started within the past 2 weeks.

Hi there Lottie– I do apologize about the inconvenience you’re experiencing. Have you tired power cycling your device to see if performance of the application gets better?
