My wife is on business travel in Tennessee and for the very first time since we have purchased the AT&T Navigator product for our iPhones we have run into the following error condition:
"Telenav cannot generate a route at this time. Please try again."
This is happening constantly, and we'd like to know what to do as soon as humanly possible to correct this problem. Please also know my wife is going to be in Tennessee for another two weeks and will be travelling throughout on business continually. Although I've directed her to purchase a paper Thomas Guide in the event this cannot be corrected, we would still feel far safer if her GPS guidance system worked as intended. Any help you can provide would be very much appreciated.
