How do I find my PIN number?
I've lost my PIN number or never set one up. How do I get a new one?

1Go to www.telenav.com and select My TeleNav. Once there, select the option for “Forgot PIN or First-time User.” You will be asked to enter in your phone number (this is the phone number that is signed up with TeleNav). You will then receive an auto-generated email and/or text message with your four-digit PIN.
Sprint Navigation customers can do the same by visiting http://navigation.sprint.com.
AT&T Navigator customers can do the same visiting www.attnav.com and clicking on “Sign In” (top right corner) then selecting the option for “Forgot PIN or First-time User.”

I have sprint service and was able to use this on my android without paying extra and now if I want it on my IPhone, what garbage this is. very upset.

do this app work for Verizon ? I used iPhone under Verizon service but I can't pay for this app I would to pay for 1 year service .

I had to trade in my iPhone 4S for a replacement device from my carrier (another iPhone 4S). It turns out that my TeleNav subscription is not linked to my phone number, but rather an obscure device ID number that, of course, I no can longer access. I called support and they were not able to assist, as the "account transfer" associates were not there. In addition, I was told I would have to email a proof of purchase for the TeleNav app, though the person I spoke to could not tell me where to send the email or what type of proof would be required. At this point, I have paid for a 12-month subscription I cannot use, and it is unclear if or how I will be able to use this app on my new device.
I find this level of service to be extremely convoluted and NOT user friendly at all. Please BEWARE if you ever change devices for any reason, you will have to jump through hoops of fire to get your TeleNav account access back again.
Hoping to eventually get this resolved. I refuse to purchase a new subscription so if this is not resolved, I simply will not use TeleNav anymore and will discourage anyone I know from using it.- view 1 more comment

My issue has been resolved. Christian was extremely helpful resolving this in just a few minutes. Although basic support is available 24/7, tier 2 support is available M-F 5am-6pm PST. This was not clear to me yesterday but today I received a prompt email reply and then resolution by phone.

This a mess. I agree that it was nothing wrong with the other app. Why fix what's not broken? I do not like Scout app. my phone slowed down all the way around when I downloaded it. AND WHERE'S MY $10 I used last month to buy TELE GPS PLUS???

As for your second question regarding the Scout trial period, I'm not certain I follow what you're asking. We're setting up Telenav iPhone customers who have experienced issues with our recent update, a year of Scout and if they sign up for the 30 day trial, we'll set them up in our system.

I just upgraded my phone to the new 6 system and I lost my one year subscription I had and when ever I try to find my pin under about there is nothing there.. help
