I purchased the one year subscription, but the audio is not working at all.

Hi there– Please feel free to give our customer support lines a call at 888.353.6284 in regards to this matter.
You will need to provide your user ID found from within the application under tools and extras followed by my account, along with a copy of the iTunes purchase receipt.
